Each month we are always looking for new books. You never know what book you are going to find. This month we have a collection of books from the library and from the store that we bought. I love how you can always find new books even older books you can learn to love. We go to the library every week and we go to a book store to look at books once a month. The girls have got very good at looking for books or asking for help finding books at the library. Check out my post on Using the Library.

The Line is a great wordless book! I love it. It is about the possibilities that a line can be. Watching the girls explore the line is a great way to do things. I loved the ending of the book as well. What would your child do with a line?

Fraidyzoo is a great book about being afraid of going to the zoo and over coming the fear. This is a great book that is silly but covers a fear of something in a very polite and nice way. They try and figure out what she is afraid of in a fun playful way. This also makes a great gross motor books with all the animals to act out.

How to Hide a Lion is fun and creative. I loved asking the question how would you hide the lion in our house. We did a best guesses of where a lion would be the best spot to hide. It was a great read and well worth reading again. It lets you think and have fun.

Dot is another fun book just using a simple Dot. I love how each page has simple text and something different about a dot. It is creative in the ideas and something fun to do.

The Odd One Out is a book we just love! If your child likes finding something that is different they will love this book. Each section has a small sentence that tells you what you are looking for. The look at the page and find what is different. It is loads of fun! We have read the book several times and still enjoy finding the odd one.

What book above do you think you would like to read?
