Torn Paper Flowers

What you need: construction paper 1 whole and several torn into little pieces, glue, lids, and paint brush.

They used the paint brush to apply the glue on the paper.

They put stems on the papers

Then they picked out colors for the center and petals.

This was a fun activity and used up extra scraps of construction paper that we have had. Using a paint brush for the glue made it a different activity. It was not how they are used to using glue.

My daughter would love this activity… it has the potential to be messy so it’s right up her ally! I hope you’ll share at Off the Hook.

This is such a simple but great idea for young children. Love all the colors and the fine motor work!
