Foot Print Art: Track Wave

Foot Prints

Recently the girls went to Dinosaur State Park and saw dinosaur foot prints. As a follow up we made a track wave at home. What we used: Roll of paper, scotch tape, news paper, black paint, 2 paper plates, and feet.

I had them put a foot on each plate.

Both had a great time doing this. After the feet were cleaned up we looked at our track wave. We talked about the difference we saw between just walking and walking on tip toes.

A fun activity I can see us doing again!
