Beach Themed Multiplication Cut & Paste
Summer and beach time is here and so is the time to look for fun ways to review math facts over the summer. So I thought I would change things up and add a fun free cut and paste activity for multiplication.
It is not always easy to just review the same things over and over. And you have to do that a lot with math facts. And this is an easy way to review multiplication and have fun. It is simple and easy to use.
I love that this printable in a cut and paste makes a fun new way to learn and review.
This printable is a part of my subscriber library. You can click here to subscribe to get access to the page. You will find the printable in the multiplication section on the subscriber freebie page.
I love that this printable is a great addition to the beach printables and the multiplication printables on the site.
Why work on one multiplication math fact at a time?
Each of the pages has one multiplication fact at a time. This allows kids not to get overwhelmed with too many choices. Why do they need that? Because not all kids can hands a mix of equations from different numbers.
It also works into kids that have started with skip counting and are now working on how skip counting works with repeat addition and multiplication.
So you can use just the 7s or 12s. or whatever fact you need to work on.
You have the beach scene on the main part and answers off to the side to cut off and paste. They work on multiplication from 1 to 12. You can see an example of the pages below
Things to use with Beach Multiplication Cut & Paste Worksheet
There are just a few of the items you can use with this printable.
Ways to use this multiplication printable
You can start by cutting off the numbers for the cut and paste. This is simple and easy to do. We have little kids scissors for this.
After you have them all cut out you can put the answers on the matching equation. A glue stick is great for this before you can glue them easily.
After you have answered all the equations this is a great coloring page afterward. You can use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to color the page.
Another fun way to use this page is to color it and laminate the page. Then you can use it as a math center.
