Easy to Make Valentine Washi Tape Wreaths
We love doing crafts as months change. Valentines is one of our favorite holidays to do crafts. We have done several over the years. My girls had so much fun with our Christmas Washi Tape Wreaths; they asked to make another washi tape wreath.
This is a simple Valentines Washi Tape Wreath that kids can make. It takes tiny prep, and kids love just having fun.
It is also great for working on fine motor skills.
This is an opened-ended project that kids of all ages can like. My girls each did their own and loved it. They did not have to do anything but put the tape on the wreath.
It is also a craft that can be changed up for different seasons. We had tons of fun. Yes, we…I did the craft with them. Plus we leave craft time up to those that want to do them.
The wreath was a great way to work on fine motor skills.
What you need for this Valentine Washi Tape Wreath craft:
- paper plates
- Valentine washi tapes
- scissors
How we made this craft
It was simple to do. You just put the washi tape around the plate. You made sure the tape was long enough so you could wrap it around to the back of the paper plate. My girls made sure it was long on the back so it would not come up taped.
The one part I love about this craft is that it is an open-ended art project. Kids can do it how every they want. We all did our projects differently and had fun doing it. My youngest loves that she can do the project how she wants and does not have to follow a pattern.
