Summer Dot the Number & Counting: Sun, Ice Cream, & Watermelon
Summer has so many great themes it is hard to pick just one! I know that we have always loved seasonal activities and for a lot of us summer is here and we are looking for fun activities to do!
Today I have some dot the number and counting for summer with sun, ice cream, and watermelon!
These are a great way to work on numbers, counting, and fine motor work!
These are a great addition to the summer printables on the site.
I love when you can world different skill together in a printable. And that is what these are! You are working on numbers, counting up to that number and fine motor at the same time.
Each page focuses on one number at a time. These have numbers 0 to 20. They come in color and black and white so you can use what works best for your child or students.
The color pages have the number to dot or color and picture in color with circles matching each page. If you plan to reuse these as a learning center I recommend printing on cardstock
There is also a black and white page for each set. This allows you to use one time or save on color printing. I know that I don’t always want to print in color for everything.

Ways to use these dot marker and counting printables
The most basic way to use a dot marker page is with dot marker
If you are using the color page then hands-on items work great for that. You can see we used the clear counters
A lot of times, you can find mini erasers and they are great for these types of pages. You can cover the dot with the erasers on the picture and number. You can also mix it up and use a mix of items.
You can also use the glass gems on these pages. They work great to fill in the circles and you can pick colors that match what you are using. We used green glass gems
Don’t forget that you can use the dot marker
