Sequencing: How to Go Trick or Treating

Sequencing is a great way for kids to learn the order of events or to be able to retell a story. There are so many fun events we can sequence. I love that there are fun steps for Trick or treating.

This is one fun way to work on sequencing with events that a lot of kids do. You can have fun learning about How to Go Trick or Treating.

This is a fun 4 step sequencing set for kids to learn with. It has different levels of learning and a great way for kids to learn the order of events. You can use the sequencing that works best for what you are learning.

It has a collection of 3 part cards, clip cards, writing, cut and paste, and an easy reader book with matching writing. Plus these come in all different word types and themes to use with kids that might be at different learning levels.

How to these Sequencing Printables

The set comes with differently worded 3 part cards. They have 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th; first, second, third, fourth; and first, then, next, last. This makes it easier to use the ones that word for what you are learning. You can cut them apart or keep them together. If you plan on using these cards a lot then I recommend laminating them.

There are several sets of cards in the set. They come in different wording to help match what you are learning. They match the words from the 3 part cards. This allows you to use what you need or change it up as kids grow in their learning. You can use many things to clip these: clothespins, paper clips or cover with clear counters.

The set has a set of task cards. You can use any number items to order the. We have used clothespins with numbers on them. But for Halloween I wrote nubmers on some candy corn erasers. It made a fun way to learn.

There are several writing pages in the set. You can use the clip cards, task cards or even the three part cards to help retell the story. You can see how I kept a set of the 3 part cards together and use them with the writing page.

The last printable in the set is an easy reader book. It has the four steps plus a cover page and ending page. There are matching writing or tracing pages that match the book. It is another fun way to work on sequencing.
