We read Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes
What you need: 3 plastic bins, strawberries, blueberries, dirt, water, paintbrushes, spoon, potato masher, paper with shoes.
Amelia smashed the strawberries.
Rose smashed the blueberries.
Mary mixed the mud.
The girls painted their strawberry shoes.
The girls painted their blueberry shoes.
The girls painted their mud shoes.
We read the book and pointed to the shoes as the book was read.
We smelled the different shoes.
