How we made the Firework Paper Roll Painting

You will see all the steps below that we used to make the firework painting and remember your steps doing this firework painting maybe be different.

Setting up the Paper Roll & Paint

You want to have several paper rolls cut about one inch down on the paper roll. You can put place paint around on a paper plate or tray in a circle.

Put Paper Roll in the Paint

After you have all the paper rolls cut and the paint on the paper plates or trays, then you put the paper roll in the paint. You can use the paper roll to spread the paint around on the paper plate so the edges can all be covered in paint.

Stamp the Paper Roll on the Paper

Then you are going to take the paper roll covered with paint and stamp it on the paper. You can let kids decide how much to press or not press the paper roll on the paper.

As you life the paper roll off the paper you can see the purple firework on the paper. What I love about this is that every paper stamp will not be the same!

Add more Firework Colors to the Painting

You can switch it up and add more colors as you do. You can stamp a lot of one color or switch the colors each time. You can really leave it up to kids to decide how much they want to paint.

You can see that ask you keep going you can see that the colors overlap a lot. And they are fun for kids to stamp.

The colors look great on the black paper and make your own firework display.

And remember kids can be as creative as they want.

If they only use one color for the painting. That is okay.

If they only stamp a few times. That is okay.

If they don’t have colors overlap. that is okay.

Really let them be as creative as they want to be.
