What are the Olympic Rings?
The Olympic Rings are five interlinking rings. You have one blue, one yellow, one black, one green and one red. Each of the colors represents the colors from the five continents: Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania.
The five continents and colors are blue for Europe, yellow for Asia, black for Africa, green for Oceania, and red for Americas.

How we made the Olympic Flag Ring Color Painting
You will see all the steps below we did to make the Olympic ring painting.
Setting up the Colors for the Olympic Ring Color Painting
You want to get a paper plate or try that you can put the paints. We did three colors to a paper plate. Less chance of them getting mixed up on the plate.
We made small rings of paint for the paper rolls.
Then you place the paper rolls in the paint. You want to do this step right before you paint. If they are left in the paint to long the rolls will get soggy.
Stamping Ring Colors on the Paper
Now you are going to start painting with the paper rolls. You can see below that we started with the green color and we started stamping around the paper.
How and where you put the paper roll on the paper does not matter. This is a process art so no painting is going to be the same.
After you one color you can add more paper roll stamps on the paper. This it s great collection of paintings that kids can do really easy.
You can talk about each color in smaller groups of talk about the colors before hand with bigger groups.
The only part you want to make sure happens is that all rive colors are on the paper. It is a simple art project for the Olympics.
