Homework Punch Bookmark Cards
I’ve never been a huge fan of homework but I know that some schools are going to give it no matter what. Several years ago I made some punch cards to help with making sure it was done.
Now my girls are older and need something different but we loved those punch cards. I thought I would make some that the older grades can use.
It is never easy to make sure that homework gets done. The bookmarks are a fun way to see what they did or did not do. We use the bookmarks to earn extra rewards. Or for me to double check at the end of homework time that things are done. Plus punched the cards is so much fun.
I print mine on colored cardstock and cut them out. It makes it easy to see the missing spots on the cards.
There are four slots to write in other types of homework. These are great for those that have flexible homework in other classes. I know my girls have homework that changes based on some of the classes. It is easy to just write it the class themed.
Another thing that I have done with printed on white or stardust cardstock and highlight the classes and the days I know they have homework. This way they can look at it and know. We do get some homework contracts that say there will be 2 days and what days they are for homework. I love getting those it helps me as a parent.
What you will find in these printables:
- 4 homework punch bookmarks per page
- 4 main subjects: ELA, math, social studies and science
- 4 spots to write in other areas
