Halloween Cookie Cutter Fun
We have been having fun exploring some fine motor activities with Halloween themed cookie cutters! This is tons of fun to explore the colors and how creative you kids can be exploring different combination of items to make the picture in the cookie cutter.
This activity works in creative and fine motor at the same time. You can use almost any time to make these. I used parts from our Eyeball Sensory Bin and the glass gems from the Fall Color Water Bead Search.
What you need: black rocks, colored wiggle eyes, eraser eyeballs (we got ours at Target), red glass gems, orange glass gems and yellow glass gems and cookie cutter set
One of the best parts of this activity is that we included the fine motor and being creative. They had to think about what stuff they needed and how they would put it together. One of the challenges of this was to be able to pick up the cookie cutter and still have it look like your picture.
Check out all the fun creations we made. It was so much fun we have done this several times and just love it. It is being creative and having fun at the same time.

Thanks a lot! The activity is really creative and fun!
It is loads of fun and I enjoyed it as much as the girls did.
What a fun way to play with cookie cutters, and very little mess!
It is tons of fun to do! We have really enjoyed it this last few days.
So simple and so much fun! This really allows the to have to use their imagination.
Great idea!!
