Using the Gross Motor List Printable
Here are a few ideas for the gross motor lists.
Review the Movements
For each of the gross motor ideas you might want to review the ideas with kids first. This lets them know what the movements are. And you can show them how to do idea gross movement.
Put the Gross Motor Pages in a Sheet Protector
I like to put all the pages in a sheet protector. This allows me to put them on a clipboard and use them over and over. I love that I can check off the activities that we have done with a dry erase marker. Plus makes it really easy to store.
Write the Gross Motor Ideas on Paper
You can use a piece of paper and write out the gross motor ideas. You can then cut them out and have kids pick the gross motor idea they are going to use.
This lets you mix up the ideas from the lists.

Love it thanks!!
This is a great resource for physical education. As homeschoolers it can be tough to get enough structured physical education, but this pack is definitely structured and chalk full of fun stuff too! Thank you for sharing and for linking up this week to the Thoughtful Spot Weekly Blog Hop 🙂
This is such a great resource! Thanks so much for sharing it at After School.
These are really great! Thank you! They’ll go very well with my latest post. Lol. Can’t wait to use them!
Thank you for your generosity.
You are welcome.
Would you be able to refer me to any additional resources that I might use? I’m needing to learn the hierarchy within each skill, as well as build a bank of activity ideas! It’s been trickier than I thought trying to learn about gross motor development and it’s typical trajectory… The real nitty gritty!
sorry I don’t have any additional suggestion for you. You might have to purchase a physical education program for that.
This is a very helpful list, thanks for sharing! I pinned this one to my new gross motor board.
Thanks for pinning. I made these for my girls so they can just pick their gross motor for the day.
