Free Pioneer Pack
This has been a pack I have wanted to get done for a long time. It has been on the to do list since it was a theme in the Jump Into Summer Learning. I have ancestors that were pioneers. My girls have loved using this pack.
The Pioneer Pack was made for kids ages 2 to 9. We plan on using If You Traveled West In A Covered Wagon with this pack.
This pack does have math pages, language pages, and print & cursive writing. There are some older activities for older kids that want to do something their younger siblings are doing.

I swear it’s like you always are feeling my desperation and provide something right when I am looking for it. I am currently putting together a tall tales unit study for my son for August, and I wanted to look at frontier and pioneer life to go with a couple of the tales. Using sheets from this pack is going to save me some time, for sure. Thank you for all your hard work! Your site is a never ending source of both printables and inspiration for me. (I am actually using There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Shell next week with the gross motor activity.)
I’m so glad you can use the pack. It always makes me happy to hear people are using my work.
This is so perfect. I’ve been kind of trying to have themed weeks with my kids over the summer and we recently did Pioneer week (we made butter and ice cream and read books like Ox-Cart Man). I was disappointed about how little I’d prepared, but I’ll have them do some of these sheets and it’ll round out the experience perfectly. I saw on your Jack and Jill post that this was coming out soon and I’ve been eagerly waiting. I love your packs! 🙂
Glad you like the packs. I love this pack. It has been on my to do list forever.
These are great Cassie and know my girls will really enjoy them!
So a great addition to a pioneer theme!
Love the pack, but I have a question about the beginning sounds in part 2. It’s not clear to me what the letters beneath the pictures are supposed to mean. Any help would be great, thanks!
You are to circle the letter that is the begging sound of the picture. use as a worksheet of clip cards.
