Free Community Helpers Pack
This Community Helpers Pack is one that has been on my list of packs I have really wanted to do.
I have thought about it for months. I love that now I get the chance to put one out. I believe that learning about the jobs and people in the community helps our kids learn more about those people around them.
These activities are great for kids ages 2 to 10. There is a lot of writing and learning who the people are in this pack. There are three books we will be using with this pack. Not all the jobs in the books are used but I like these best: Whose Vehicle Is This?: A Look at Vehicles Workers Drive – Fast, Loud, and Bright (Whose Is It?: Community Workers), Whose Tools Are These?: A Look at Tools Workers Use – Big, Sharp, and Smooth (Whose Is It?: Community Workers), and Whose Hat Is This?: A Look at Hats Workers Wear – Hard, Tall, and Shiny (Whose Is It?: Community Workers).
The Community Helpers Pack has the following community helpers: baker, construction worker, crossing guard, dentist, doctor, farmer, fireman, garbage collector, hair stylist, librarian, nurse, police officer, postal worker, soldier, teachers, and vet.
Most of the pages in the pack have activities for all the community helpers.
Community Helpers Pack contains over 190 pages:
(part 1) Large 3 Part Cards, Which One Is Different, What Comes Next?, Prewriting Practice, Pattern Cards, Matching Cards, 4 Piece Puzzles, 10 Piece Puzzles, Trace The Beginning Letter & Word, (part 2) Beginning Sounds, Sorting, Pocket Wall Cards, Trace Beginning Sounds, Trace the Word, Write the Word, Size sorting, Write a Sentence, Trace & Color, (part 3) Describe the Community Helper, Acrostic Poems, Label Beginning Sounds, Color by Size, Count & Graph, Easy to Read Community Helper Book, Community Helper Book, (part4) Color the pattern, Fill in the Missing Patterns, CVC Rhyming Words Writing, Roll & Cover Math (Addition, Addition +5, Subtract 1, Multiplication) , Cover the ABCs, Write Beginning Sound Words

Thank you so much! I’m in a high school Child Psychology class and we’re hosting a playschool. This is such a lifesaver – I haven’t been able to find anything as high quality, easy, and free as this.
I’m glad you like it. I made tons of free printables for people to use. I hope you enjoy using it.
I’ve been having trouble downloading your previous. I finally got this one to download ķ so excited since daddy is going to be a EMT) BUT I can’t print it. ☹
If you are having problems downloading pdfs you can read over this page. It has printing suggestions.

All the files are made to be printed. Not all phones and tables load and print the pdfs the same. Some of them have issues with now the files are secured. I recommend opening the file in Adobe Acrobat reader and printing on the computer.
