Counting with Ten Black Dots
For the book club we read Ten Black Dots by Donald Crews. This is a fun books about counting to 10. It was fun to watch where the dots all went. Counting in this book is fun and imaginative. We will be reading this book for a while to come.
What you need for this activity: black pom poms.
We read the book and each page she counted the dots.
Then we read the book again and she placed pom poms on all the dots and counted them.
This was lots of fun to do! Counting with pom poms is always fun!
