I have found that a themed gross motor activity can be easier to do than a regular fitness activity like push-ups and jumping jacks.
A fun themed dice set allows you to change up what they are doing and have a little bit of fun while doing it.

Ways to use the Camping Gross Motor Dice
These six movements are a great fitness activity and you should always be cautious when doing the. I like to make sure we review the movements before we start throwing the dice.
By reviewing the movements we can guess how much space we need to do the activity and if they need help doing any of the movements.
You can also use these camping themed yoga ideas!
Fire: You wave your arms back and forth as a fire would. You can do smooth or jerky movements.
Hiking: You are going to pretend to hike. You can even pretend to hike up steep mountains.
Canoe: You sit on the floor and pretend to row the boat.
Sleeping Bag: Your roll across the floor. You can roll curled up like a ball or body straight.
Bear: You bear walk across the room.
Raccoon: You get close to the floor and sneak on your hands and feel. Or you could tiptoe across the room.

After you are sure of the movements and have it all down add the number dice and speed dice. You would be amazed and how much that changes what you are doing. Plus it changes the intensity of the movements.
