In is great for learning about in and out. I love all the examples of the two words. I also love the colors of the book: yellow, white, and black.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to School… is a funny book about all the reason that you can be late to school. We really enjoyed the first book about homework called: I Didn’t Do My Homework Because…. It was one of our books finds from August 2014. I will say that I love all the reasons.

The Gentleman Bat is a great book about the bat taking a stroll down the street. You get to follow their journey through the night. I really liked how well this art work was done in this book.

John, Paul, George & Ben is a great book about some of the founding fathers. Follow the stories of the four people. I love how the stories work together. There is also a fun Truth and False section at the end of the book. We have enjoyed other books by this author. This book also goes well with the American Revolutionary War Pack.

One Night, Far From Here was a find at a museum. This was a book they did as a reading. My girls just loved it. The book has solid and clear pages. As you flip through the pages you see more of the story unfold. There is a picture find at the end of the book. It was fun to look for all the animals.

Steampunk City: An Alphabetical Journey is a fun creative alphabet. I love the detail of the book and is sure to thrill kids to see fun new creative way the letters are done in the book. I love finding new ABC books.

Ask Me is a fun book with questions and answers to those questions. The story is about a father and daughter walk through the neighborhood. I love the interaction and the dialog that they have.

Bug in a Vacuum is a very funny book. I fell in love with it and so did my girls. A bug flies in a window and its who life get changed when the vacuum gets turned on! You get to follow the journey of the bug through the vacuum. I have not had so much fun reading a book in a long time! You can follow the bug through the 5 stages: denial, bargaining, anger, despair, and acceptance. This was a favorite book this month! This book just came out in this last week!
