Check out all the August book finds! Some are old and some are new! Did you have a favorite book your found this month? Where do you find most of your books that you enjoy?

I was jumping up and down for joy when I saw a new BOB Books set was out! BOB Books: Rhyming Words is a great addition to the sets that are already out. I love the cards inside to use with the book! This is another great addition to the series! Each new book or set they put out is a great addition to kids learning how to read!

Frog Song is a great book to learn about Frogs from all over! Each turn of the page you can learn about a new frog. It was a unique way to look at them. It also cover the areas where frogs are in trouble. We really enjoyed this book.

If You Spent a Day with Thoreau at Walden Pond (Christy Ottaviano Books) is a fun book to learn about what Thoreau’s day was like. We love Walden Pond and have been there. The girls really liked how they could connect with the book. It gives you an idea just how simple his life ways.

Otter and Odder: A Love Story is a fun book about a love story. How an otter falls in love with a fish. It is a fun drawing style and lots of fun for everyone.

A Garden Of Ordinary Miracles: An Alphabet Book was a book we saw at the Eric Carle Museum and we loved seeing the art work from the book. You have line drawing and beautiful color pages. It all works together and is a great ABC Book as well! One to check out for sure!

Most of the books this month were library finds! We really enjoy going to the library and finding new books.
