April Poppins Book Nook: Planes, Trains and Automobiles!
Every month is always a fun theme. This months theme of Planes, Trains and Automobiles is very fun! My youngest LOVES all things to do with transportation! She would spend hours having me read books about it. Plus then play with them. It is going to be hard to pick just one book for this months theme. There are so many great books to pick from. You can see a few of our choices below. I will say that two favorites at our house are The Noisy Airplane Ride and Alphabeep: A Zipping, Zooming ABC (which is not in print right now but you can get at the library). It is going to be a fun month of reading about all different types of transportation.
Here are some Planes, Trains, and Automobiles books that you can check out. Yes, there are some older books in this list.
This is another great theme and I’m looking forward to it!
If you’re interested in joining this month’s Poppin Nook Book club, here’s what you need to do…

Definitely a topic we can get into around here! I’d love to join this month — things are hectic here right now, but hoping it will calm down and we’ll get busy with a great book!
I love the transportation theme. There is so much you can do with it.
We will be joining. Recently fell in love with violet the pilot!
I am adding the Noisy Airplane Ride to our to read list. My son enjoys the Berenstein Bears All Aboard Book, it is a really fun book!
Thank you for helping to bring a spoonful of reading fun to the Poppins Book Nook this month!
