ABC Folding Book: Dot Trace & Color!
My girls have always loved books that they could use to learn with. It is something they can carry with them and use often.
Today I have a fun new printable for ABC that works on dot, trace, and color of the letters. It has uppercase and lowercase together.
They are a great low prep printable. You just have to fold and make the book which kids can have fun doing.
I made these books to be really simple and easy to use. I know at times I love having an easy to do activities. Plus work on so many different types of skills with letters.
These books are great for kids at the end of preschool for a review of letters or an easy review for kindergarten at the start of the year.
Plus they are so simple and easy to use and I love that.
How To Make The Books
The books are simple and easy to make. You fold the paper twice to make the book.
First, you fold the paper in half vertically. This leaves you looking at two sides of the book.
Second, you fold the paper in half horizontally. You want to make sure you fold the tracing and the coloring pages together in the middle of the book.
When you finish folding the book you should see the cover on the outside.
What Is In The Books
There are four pages in the ABC Folding Book: Dot Trace & Color. You have the cover, coloring pages, tracing page and dot page. Each page has simple and easy to do activities with a few matching colors.
The first page is a color the letter page. It has uppercase and lowercase letters with a matching picture.
The second page is a tracing page. It has tracing for uppercase and lowercase letters with a matching picture.
The final page is a favorite activity at our house and it is a dot marker page. We love using dot markers
