Free Halloween ABC Tracing Strips
Letter tracing is something you can work on all year long. I know that we are always working on tracing our letters in many different ways.
These free Halloween ABC tracing strips are great for a Halloween handwriting center.
You can add these to learning centers and have fun tracing letters. They have letters from A to Z for kids to trace.

Halloween ABC Tracing Strips
The Halloween Alphabet Tracing Strips are great for later PreK and Kindergarten. You can use just the letters you are looking for or the whole set. They are great for any Halloween theme.
It is recommend that you print the letter tracing strips on cardstock and laminating them.
You can see an example of the tracing strips below. You can see the uppercase and lowercase letters on the strip with the example and the ones to trace with the haunted house.

Ways to Use the Halloween ABC Tracing Strips Printable
Laminating the Halloween Alphabet Tracing Strips
You can laminate the Halloween alphabet tracing strips. You can print, laminate, and then cut the abc tracing strips. Or you can cut, laminate, and then cut it out again.
We like to do the first with the laminate and then cut. If you do the laminate and then cut, it is recommended that you use scissors to cut the strips to help keep the laminate from coming apart. I have a cutter that I use, but it makes the laminating peel sometimes. But I have heard that some people don’t have issues with it.
Storing the Halloween ABC Tracing Strips
One way to store the Halloween alphabet tracing strips is on a ring. A 1 inch ring keeps all the letters together. And makes them easy to find. And then all the letters are together in once place.
Setting up a Halloween ABC Letter Tracing Centers
You can see a simple ABC letter tracing center below. You can give them all the letters or just some of the letters.
You can use the alphabet tracing strips for learning centers.

Tracing the Letters
After yo have your letters picked out you can trace the letters on the strip. You can give them a dry erase marker and write on the laminated strips.
Don’t forget that they can trace the letter example as well. It will show you how to trace the letters.
Cleaning Off Dry Erase Marker with Q-Tip
A fun way to change up cleaning off the letter strips is to use a q-tip. They go back and trace with the q-tip the letters. It is a great way to work on extra fine motor control with letter tracing.
