What is Division?
Math division is a method of distributing a group of things into equal parts. You can take 12 and make it into four groups of three items.
So when you divide, you make equal parts of the same thing.
So when you have 25 ÷ 5. You make five groups of 5 out of 25. It can be a tricky thing to teach.
Division Game Printables For Kids
The division board games help kids learn their division math facts. This is a fun way to change up from using flashcards. You have 12 division board games with a recording sheet for the games.
Division Game Board Printable
Each of the math game boards has division of 1 to 12. Each board works on one number of division at a time. There are 12 division game boards to use with kids. There are great for kids in third grade (ages 8 to 9) and fourth grade (ages 9 to 10).
You can see an example of one division board game below. It is showing the division by 4 board.

There is also a recording sheet that kids can use. It allows space for the board and several of the equations.

Ways to Use the Division Game Printables
You are going to see a few ways to use these division game boards. Kids can finds these a fun way to work on division math facts.
Setting Up the Division Games Printable
You can see a quick and easy setup of the division board game printable. You can see the mini eraser for the place around the outside of the division game, the die to roll, and the clear gems to cover in the division answers center.
If you need a die you can get one in the number practice dice.
How to Play the Division Game
If it is the first time playing you can go around the equations on the outside and say what the answer to the division is.
You place your token at the start. It is in the top left-hand corner of the board.
Then you roll the die and move that many spaces around the division board game.
You look at the equations and find the answer in the numbers in the middle. There are two answers in the middle for each equation. Then you cover that number.
You move around the board until you have four words in a row.
