St Patrick’s Day Prewriting, ABCs, Numbers & Shapes
St. Patrick’s Day has so many fun themes with clovers, pots of gold, gold coins, and leprechauns.
It is fun when you can add those things into a fun themed pack for kids.
Today I have a fun St. Patrick’s Day Activity Pack with those fun themes in it for prewriting, ABCs, numbers, and shapes!
There are fun hands-on and no-prep activities for kids to do!
I know that over the years the one thing we loved the most was themed activities. And St. Patrick’s Day has some fun ones. I’m always looking for new fun ideas.
Plus these sets are great for working from one area to another. You can work at the level you are learning. With different tracing strips, easy reader books, clip cards, and no-prep worksheets. There is something for different types of learners. Plus it has a very fun theme.
Things to use with the St. Patrick’s Day Activities Pack
This is a list of items we commonly use to prepare and use these printables. You don’t need to have them all but they do help.

How we used some of the printables in the St. Patrick’s Day Activities Pack
I love having the themed prewriting pages. It makes a fun change from just tracing lines. There are two clover themed pages with thick and thin lines to trace. Plus a page with a leprechaun and pot of gold for different lines.
The set has a prewriting themed tracing strips. These are great to use over and over to practice writing lines. You can cut out the set that you need. I like to laminate
The last part of the prewriting is an easy reader book. It has and leprechaun getting to the pot of gold. It is a fun way to mix up the prewriting.
The shape tracing pages are loads of fun. They have leprechaun footprints that are in a shape. You can see the kids looking at footprints as well. it is a fun change-up for the shapes.
You can also find those same shapes in an easy reader book. It has 8 shapes for kids to trace and read about. A fun St. Patrick’s Day book to read and trace.
The set has clip ards to match the shape tracing pages and books. They have a clover with the shape and several options to clip the cards. We used clothespins
The shape tracing strips have the shape on a pot of gold with several of the shapes to trace. I print these on white cardstock
There are two sets of coloring pages. You have two letters together or Uppercase and lowercase for one letter. These are fun to just color and enjoy! They both have color codes for the letters. And the uppercase and lowercase for one letter have tracing for those letters.
You have two sets of clip cards on the set. It has match the same letter for uppercase and matching uppercase to lowercase letters. We print them on white cardstock
There are three sets of ABC tracing Strips. You have uppercase and lowercase together, uppercase only and lowercase only. They are a fun way to work on tracing letters. I store our tracing strips on a 1 inch ring
I love the easy reader books. They are always fun to have and use! It is fun to see kids read the books and have fun with them. This has numbers 0 to 10 in the book.
There are 4 types of clip cards in the set. You can see examples of three below. They have what number comes next, matching the number and counting, and matching the number. Plus there is an additional one that has which has more.
Finally, you have the number tracing strips. They come in three types to help you match your needs. You have the number digit, number word, and number digit and word.
