Angles Spin and Cover
Angles are one fun area of geometry. Since I made the Angles and Lines wall cards I wanted to make something fun I could use with them.
We have loved so many different spinning math activities and I thought one for recognizing angles would be loads of fun to do. You get to have fun working on right, acute, and obtuse angles.
This free angles spin and cover no-prep worksheet is a simple way to change up how you work on angles.
These sheets focus on the following angles: acute, right, and obtuse.
Acute angles are less than 90 degrees. Right angles are exactly 90 degrees. Obtuse angles are bigger than 90 degrees and less than 180 degrees. There is also a color code to color the angles.
Each of the pages has a spinner with the angle names. And a mix of the angles on the page for kids to find and cover. There are three page options to fit your needs best.

There is a simple spinner on each of the pages. You can use a paperclips and pencil to make the spinner. I like to use the clear spinners.
There are several ways to use this printable. You can spin and dot the angles with dot marker. This is fun and great for those that might not like writing. You could just color the angles as well.
Another option that you can use is the spin and write the angle name. I give them markers to write name with the color code. This helps them see the angle and learn the name.
The last option is the spin and cover the angles. This makes it easy to reuse the printable. We used clear counters to help cover the angles.
