I love that bears can be used in so many different settings. It is great for the fall. It works great for any woodland or forest setting.

We have been having fun with the bears this week and I wanted to add something more. So I thought these bear dot marker numbers and counting would be just the thing!

This is a fun way to work on numbers, counting and fine motor all while having fun.

This is a really fun set and I’m enjoying the bears. We had fun earlier this week with some bear addition and subtraction and it is fun to have a mix of activities that can be used with different levels.

The counting bears are so much fun. They are very colorful and work great with this set.

There is a fun collection of printables in this set. There is a mix of color options. You have rainbow colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. You also have an option of just a brown bear. You can see an example of the brown bear below.

There is also a fun black and white version that you can use. This is a great no-prep page that you can use with any bear or forest theme you need a bear for.

Ways to use the Bear Dot the Number and Counting the Number

I love that the color mats are ones that you can reuse over and over if you want. There are many hands-on items you can use with the mat. The counting bears are loads of fun because they have some that matching the color. We used the counting bears on the dot and yellow glass gems on the number. You could also use clear counters.

I love that the dot markers work so great for the black and white pages. You can use hands-on items first and follow-up with the dot markers.

Don’t forget that you can use the dot marker on the color pages as well. It is a simple and easy way to work on fine motor, numbers and colors.
