Fun easy reader book for Spring! I have a fun new style of number easy reader book! We have just loved having different easy reader books. Since spring is here it is time for something new.
Today I have a free spring themed number counting book that has a new twist. It also has tracing numbers!
I love having different counting books for each season. It is a fun way for kids to work on their numbers without the same activities over and over. Plus seasonal changes are nice to have.

How we use these printables
The most basic way we use these printables is to color the picture and then underline the number in the sentences. Plus now you can trace the number that matches the page. It is a fun new twist.
I also like to have kids read the book and move unfix cubes from one side to another. This gives one to one correspondence for what they are learning.
Another fun way to do read the book is with a matching spring counting mat. I love these because they add a lot of fun hands-on activity while reading. They fill in the ten frame and add objects to the mat.
