Pumpkin Themed Greater Than Less Than Clip Cards

Earlier this week I did a pumpkin number counting book. I wanted another way to work on those numbers. Something I could use hand in hand with the book.

Clip cards are a favorite at our house. We could compare numbers we learned in our books with greater than and less than clip cards. It gives you a hands on learning element to the number easy reader counting book.

I know I’m always looking for simple ways to add something to the themes each year. I think these clip cards are a great addition to the pumpkin printables and for fall.

Each of the cards has a wheel barrow with pumpkins on them. The clip cards are going to have numbers 0 to 10. There will be a wheel barrow with or without pumpkins on it. They have choices for < = > on each card. If you want a number line to have you can find one in the PreK-Kindergarten Help Desk.

There are four cards per page. This makes it easy to print and cut up. I laminated our cards and cut them out. I lay out the cards with something to use for the clipping part. I often ask what they wanted to use for the clipping part. This time we use clothes pins. You can see below how I set up the cards.

You can always have the pumpkin number counting book close by to help if they might need it.
