Swing Into Summer Learning: Week 1 Zoo

Our fourth Summer Program is here! This year’s program is called Swing Into Summer Learning! We want to take a swing at our skills during the summer and not let them go. Like two programs each week of the 5 weeks of Swing Into Summer Learning has a different theme. We start today with Week 1 Zoo. You will find 7 levels of learning: Tot, PreK, Kinder, First Grade, Second Grade, Third Grade and Fourth Grade.

This program is designed to help keep the skills that they learned during the school year fresh all summer long. We wanted our kids to keep up their learning all year long. We also realized that people have many different levels of kids in their house. What is fun is that everyone works on the same theme. Plus this is an easy no prep printable for parents.

If you are new to the program each week we have a new theme for each grade level. The printables for the program have 4 pages for each day. That is 20 pages total for each week. This makes it easy to use. This is a quick print and go set. Plus there are extras to help out with your summer learning.

Tot

Tot is for younger kids but can also be used with some Prek as well. You are going to find: Prewriting, Alphabet: A, B, C, D, E, Shapes: circle, square, triangle, oval & rectangle, Numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

PreK

Prek is for those that have just finished prek and are moving on to Kinder. You are going to find: Alphabet: A, B, C, D, E; Sight Words: up, go, red, away, jump; Shapes: circle, square, triangle, oval & rectangle; and an extra learning page for each day.

Kinder

Kinder is for those that have just finished kindergarten and are moving on to first grade. You are going to find: Sight Words: who, black, no, there, did; Word Family: The Bug in the Jug Wants a Hug -ad, -ob, -ub, -all, -est; Math and Language.

First Grade

First Grade is for those that have completed first grade and are moving on to Second Grade. You are going to find: Sight Words: again, could, know, thank, were; Word Family: The Nice Mice in the Rice -ain, -ame, -ish, -oom, -orn; Math and Language.

Second Grade

Second Grade is for those that have completed second grade and are moving on to Third Grade. You are going to find: Sight Words: best, cold, green, pull, wish; Word Family: The Thing on the Wing Can Sing – in, -ock, -ing, -ash, -itch; Math and Language.

Third Grade

This is for kids who have just completed Third Grade and are headed to fourth grade next year. Sight Words: about, done, eight, long, seven; A R-Controlled Vowels; Cursive Alphabet: A, B, C, D, E; Math & Language

Fourth Grade

This is for kids who have just completed Fourth Grade and are headed to Fifth grade next year. Writing, 5 vocab: coy, routine, saunter, rambunctious, slothful; Math & Language

Plus there are several extras to go with each level! And a fun dice that can be used for some of the pages.
