Winter Themed Writing Paper
We are always working on some kind of writing project at our house. It can be a simple project or a complex one. Sometimes it is as simple as writing a letter to the grandparents. It is an important part of learning.
I like to have fun and different paper for them to write on every now and then. The newest addition is the winter themed paper.
There are different types of writing papers in here for various ages. I have several school ages in my house and I want something fun for all of them.
I always like to use the paper many different ways. Here are some ways to use this writing paper:
- Write about the Weather in winter
- Write about your adventures in snow
- Write a book report
- Practice writing letters
- Practice writing numbers
- Practice writing their name
- Practice writing their address
- Practice writing their phone number
- Practice spelling Words
- Practice writing the day of the week
- Practice writing months of the year
- Keep a journal of what you do
- Write letters to grandparents or other family
- Journal to obverse nature and seasonal changes
The first type is great for beginner writers. It has the guidelines and the box for drawing a picture.
The next type just has lines for those that are older and know how to form their letters. It also has a box for drawing.
The third type is a set that has just guidelines down the whole paper with a small picture on the page. This is great for reports of repetitive writing of things like name, phone number or spelling you are working on.
The fourth type just has lined paper with the image. This is great for older kids that need more room to write. You could start a report with the first-page type and end it with this page over and over. It allows for you to continue stories that they might be writing or write a longer letter.
