Easy to Make Seek and Find

seek and Find

The summer is here and car travel and vacations will be happening. The girls are looking forward to the trips but not the car rides. To make their time easier I made some simple seek and find activities from stickers.

What you need: laminator, laminating sheets, stickers (I got mine at AC Moore for $1 a set), binder rings 1 inch, card stock, hole punch, and blank index cards.

I put one set on the big sheet and another set on the index cards. With the selection of over 500+ in the sticker sets you can use a lot of them to make the variety. Plus still have some left over.

Seek and Find

On the small cards I put the biggest stickers. To show what they are looking for.

On the larger paper I placed a variety of sizes. You can see the stickers come in different sizes and some have the same picture but different background.

After you have the stickers placed then laminate the project and punch a hole in the corner and attack the cards with a 1″ binder ring.

How to use: Give the child the completed project with a dry erase marker or dry erase crayon. Using the sticker on the smaller card have the child find and circle the stickers they find on the sheet. Point out that they many have different size or color background. For an older child they could write on the smaller card how many they find.

This is a fun and easy project to add to the summer travel kit.

  1. Love this! I have an 18-month-old and I’m thinking I would make the cards smaller and use this activity to focus on visual discrimination. Great idea!!
