Free Sight Word Color by Letter Third Grade Printable
The sight word color by letter has been tons of fun to use. They are a great way for kids to work on spelling and make their own flashcards. This is the 4th set of the Sight Word Color by letter series. The Dolch Preprimer, Primer, First Grade and Second Grade have already been done.
My girls just love to color and these are some fun ways to review words and do some coloring. If they are struggling with the spelling these make a fun way to spell.
There is a set that pages that is just words to color.
The other set is cards you can color and cut out. You can see above where I printed two pages on one page to make smaller cards. You could also decorate these any way you wanted.
The nice thing about these printables is that the color code works for all the color by letter activities so you only have to print it once. Or you don’t have to use it at all. You can have them color consonants and vowels different colors.
Here are some items we plan on using with these sight word printables.

I have a third grader as well!
I really like the idea of color coding your sight word printables. That would really work for visual learners.
I like having many different ways to learn.
