Fall Painting with Water Beads
It was nearing the end of our playing with water beads time. So I decided instead of marble painting we would do water beads!
This was a great projects and lots of fun. The girls liked it we did several paintings over a few days. I love that every picture turned out very different.
What you need: bin, water beads, tape, paper and paint.
The girls put the paint on the paper. The first attempt they put to much paint and we learned what was a better amount of paint the next few times. You can see the different fun they had with all the colors options. Each color set worked out differently.
The girls put in as many water beads as they wanted.
Then they rolled the beads around making their paints.
We did this several times and it was lots of fun! Here is some of their art work!

You are right – the paintings turned out very differently, but they are all very pretty!
It was fun to make them and see what happened. Having so many water beads really changed the outcome of the picture.
Cute ideal.
What a great idea. My son would love this. We haven’t used water beads in awhile this might be just the thing! looks like fun!
Love it!! This looks like a fun and different tactile art project method. Thank you for sharing your and you for linking up this week to the Thoughtful Spot Weekly Blog Hop 🙂
