Trace, Color, & Write: ABCs, Numbers & Shapes

There are so many ways to work on learning your ABC, numbers, and shapes. I know that I’m always asked for fun new to help kids with this.

I love things that have some extra element to them so this fun trace, color, and write came about. This is one of our favorite activities in the Romping & Roaring Sight Word Packs so I thought I would change it up and do the same with these PreK and kindergarten themes.

These are an easy low prep page to use. Once you have the spinner or dice set up it is simple and easy to use. Each of the set has variations of the pages for you to use.

Each set comes with spinners and dice to use which is best for your kids.

The ABCs have a mix of the uppercase and lowercase letters for kids to work on. You have them together or just uppercase or lowercase. You can see a sample of the page and the cube dice below.

The numbers have two sizes of fonts for kids to work on. There are 4 to 6 rows of numbers on each page. You can see the spinner example. You can use a paperclip and pencil or these cute spinners you can place over to make the spinner.

The shape ones are trace color and draw. They get to draw instead of write. You can see that the spinner also says draw instead of write.

How we used these printabes

We used the clear spinners to make the spinner instead of a pencil and paperclip. It helps the spinner last longer. I recommend laminating the spinner as well.

We use the spinner and we spun and did the sheet until all the columns were filled out. We used mostly crayons this time. It makes it colorful and fun.
