Our Elf Red Snowflake Arrives!
Over the weekend our Elf on the Shelf, the girls named last year Red Snowflake, arrived. They were very excited to see her. There are so many fun ways to learn with your elves. Do you do anything learning with your elves?
We had Elf Cookies to celebrate! It is a fun tradition to start the Christmas season off. It is fun to see who will find her first and where she will be hiding.
One fun way we are keeping track of her is graphing the rooms that she appears in. This is a fun way to keep track where she has been. The child that finds our elf gets to color in the chart or everyone gets their own chart. You can find this chart in the Shelf Elf Pack.
This has been a fun time each morning finding “Red Snowflake” And keeping tracks of how many times she has been in a room. This is has made having our elf so much fun! At the end we shall see what room she has been in the most. It also makes this a lot of fun for me and a challenge. I have been doing the Shelf Elf Pack with the girls since she arrive. It has been lots of fun for them.
If the next few days we will be making a count down chain from Royal Baloo’s Elf on the Shelf Printables.
