I have always loved easy reader books. They are an easy way for kids to work on sight words and have a fun time with it.
Today I have a fun new easy book with loads of words and activities with penguins. It is a simple way to work on a few words and ideas for this winter.

How to make the easy reader book
First your print off all the pages of the book.
Then, I link up all the pages together. I cut down the centerline on the page. I do all the pages at the same time.
Finally, I put the pages in order and then staple
Ways to use the My Penguin Activities Easy Reader Book
The first time through the book we always read the pages. You can have them point to the words as they read. I like to do that so they focus on the word they are reading.
Another activity you can do with this book is to point out the sight words they are working on. You can underline those words with fine line markers
