One of our favorite activities is always scooping up the parts of the sensory bin and pouring it back into the bin. This is a great sensory activity using both hands and is fun for kids to do.
Yes, this can get messy. We like to use hands, but you could add a small cup and use them.
You can also use sensory scoops as well. They have different shapes and sizes.
Sort the Colors in the Halloween Sensory Bin
If you are looking for an activity to do. When you are at the end of you sensory play in the Halloween sensory bin you ca have kids sort the colors in the bin. You have them sort through all the bin and find al lthe colored rocks and make piles of them.

After you are done with the sensory bin we sort out the colors of the rocks. Then we put the rice in one bag. This makes it easy to use the different parts in other sensory bins or in the same Halloween sensory bin.
We store stuff in plastic bags.
