Ways to use the Romping & Roaring Letter C Pack

There are 46 pages of activities in the Romping & Roaring Letter C pack. I wanted to share just a few of these pages. These are loads of fun for kids to help learn their letters.

You have a mix of no-prep and hands-on letter c printables in the set. This is a great beginning letter c learning pack.

Caterpillar Color and Trace Printable

The letter C pack has several coloring pages for kids to do. This Color and Trace page is a great way to work on the letter c and that caterpillar starts with the letter c.

You can color the letters and caterpillar. Then you can trace the sentence.

Stamp Letter Cc on the Caterpillar

You have a caterpillar and you stamp the letter Ccs all over the caterpillar. This is a fun way to learn uppercase and lowercase letters while learning that the caterpillar starts with the letter C.

Caterpillar Prewriting Printables

There are three prewriting printables in the letter c pack. They have a straight line and two angled lines. They are great to practice over and over.

But if you are not read for prewriting yet use them as fine motor mats. You can have them place items on the lines. You can see that we used clear counters.

Letter C Tracing Printables

There are several letter c tracing pages. Each of the pages has something different. You have a stop and start, tracing with arrows and tracing without arrows.

You can see my favorite page for starting letters is the stop and start. This page shows kids with stars and stop signs how to make the letters.

After they have used the stop and star you can progress to the other letter tracing pages!

Letter C Find Printables

There are several letter find options in the letter C pack. You will find color the letters and dot the letters. There are two options for each type.

You can see one of the find and dot the letters below. It is a simple uppercase and lowercase letter C find.

Letter Cc Roll & Count

The roll and count is a great graphing activity that kids can do. They have the letter C three ways: just the letter C, the letter C with color pictures, and the letter c with black and white pictures.

You can see that we used dot marker for the graphing. You can color or use objects for the graphing part.

Letter C Dot Marker Printables

There and three letter c dot maker printables. You have uppercase C with the caterpillar, and two uppercase and lowercase C dot marker pages.

You can see the letter C with the caterpillar below. These are fun pages that can also be use over with small items.

Caterpillar Shape Tracing Page

There are two shape tracing pages in the letter c pack. You have a version with thick lines and a version with dashed lines.

This is a fun way to add shapes in with the pack. Plus it gives extra fine motor practice. You can see the dashed lines below. You can see the shapes have been traced with crayons.

Letter C Mazes

The letter C pack has three letter mazes. You have uppercase only, lowercase only, and uppercase and lowercase together. This allows you to work on the letter case that you need. You can color the maze, dot marker the maze, or draw a line through the maze.

If you want to reuse mazes you can do as seen below and use clear counters to mark the maze.

Letter C Color Book

There is a small book in the letter c pack that works on color words. You have the letter c and caterpillar on each page. Then a simple sentence below that says what color the caterpillar is. There are 11 colors in the book.

Sorting Caterpillars by Size

One of the hands-on activities is sorting caterpillars by size. You have small, medium and large for the sizes. There are four caterpillars for each size.

Letter C Puzzles

There are three different puzzles in the set. You have a two piece puzzles, four piece puzzles and a nine piece puzzle. Each is different and fun to use.

You can see the two piece puzzles below with the letters, caterpillar, and caterpillar with letters.

The nine piece puzzle is also fun. You can print it once if they are used to the puzzles. Or print twice and use one as a template to build the puzzle.
